Clients hired Avila Construction for a bathroom remodeling project and were so pleased they hired them again for a second bathroom and a staircase renovation. Daniel is very creative, detail oriented, and always places customer satisfaction at the top of his priorities. Avila Construction did an amazing job rewiring for a transition from a gas stove to electric. They did it promptly, and were always polite and efficient. They put in some unexpected hours when the hookup was more complicated than expected, but the bill came in as quoted. Avila did a total bathroom remodel along with several smaller projects. They were the ONLY contractor to follow through with what they promised. The bathroom was completely redone. Daniel was always responsive to issues and questions and helped create extra space by moving some mechanical ducts. Everyone that entered the house was professional but friendly. They cleaned up well every day and made sure everything was protected and cleaned up at night. They built custom shelving to specifications, and everything they did was quality and didn't overcharge. All the work was well done and high quality with almost no punch list items. Clients were very happy and would highly recommend them.
