I was able to get an appointment within a week, and as a new pt with a broken molar I didn't want to wait months to be seen. Dr. Ryals is excellent, and they were able to create a crown that same day. Actually, it only took about 45 minutes. Outstanding staff. A very well run sship. I am glad I found them.
I have never had any issues with the actual services, but their office and scheduling seemingly gets worse each time I visit. I've had a series of cancelled appointments in the past, which is understandable on occasion, but there was a clear negative trend. Most recently, someone in the office changed my appointment time without notifying me. The only way I knew my appointment had been changed was the automated text message that I received 10 minutes prior to the new appointment time. The office then said that if I didn't show up with 15 minutes of the appointment time that I would be considered a no-show and my appointment would be dependent on the hygienist/dentist.
I am very pleased with my appointments especially at this dental office. I have been a patient there for over 8 years. Ever since I had a bad dental experience somewhere else, I have been at this dental office. Yonie is the best Hygienist that I have ever had, she is friendly and caring along with the staff.
I always get my teeth cleaned, X-rays when necessary and the Dentist comes and checks my teeth to see how I’m doing. On my way out, I always receive my new tooth brush kit and easy check out. I would never go elsewhere. Thank you for being there for me and getting me in right away when I’ve needed you for my emergencies!!
