In spite of the fact that I paid for the scratch protection, both lenses have so many fine scratches throughout. In less than two years, they need to be replaced. The glasses also have transition and progressive lenses, so they were expensive. A waste of my hard earned money.
Had an awful experience with the optical manager Matt, I purchased 2 pair of glasses for $625 dollars and have not been able to have the problem resolved. Would not recommend to anyone. I have tried to replace them whitin the 60 day return policy but I was told that they were not going to work with me, I am not going back anymore.
I would give this place no stars if I could for how they made my elderly grandma feel. I highly recommend going to Costco if you are thinking of going here for eye care. The people who work here don’t seem to care about the experience members leave with at the Optical Center and I hope someone of importance at Sam’s sees this review and does something about it. The manager is a bad leader and the team there is a joke of a staff. They should laugh at themselves instead of the members who go in for help.
