Kalalea Gordon at Roots of Wellbeing is an exceptional massage therapist. I received a massage she gave using the Lomi Lomi method and also incorporating Reiki energy work. Her intuitive approach with a fluid and precise hands on technique gave my body and spirit exactly what I needed, including nervous system regulation. It was my first session with her, and I felt I was in excellent hands from start to finish. I also really appreciated the quality of the products she used including a wonderful custom combination of essential oils applied during the session.
