Last December, my wife and I purchased a home in a rural suburb of Santa Fe. The residence had a poorly working pellet stove and no air conditioning. We began looking for a options to heat and cool the house for either us or the tenant. In addition to the main residence, there is a small casita that we occasionally rent out. The home is made exclusively of adobe and stone so cutting into the walls for ducting really wasn't an option. After searching around, we decided on a mini-split system.

Last Week Mauri spent about 2 hours tuning up my Heating and Cooling units. Everything works better. He answered all of my questions and left the House just as it was when he began. I have been very happy with their service and fair pricing.
