Excellent customer service. When no one else was able to help repair my wife's broken glasses with discontinued frames they actually were able to place her very difficult prescription in a different frame at an extremely reasonable price

I had an emergency with my glasses and they had me up and running in 30 minutes- I had never been in before, but for the frames they had available and the price, well, it just can't be beat. They made my day!

Like many others before me I experienced fantastic customer service when I stopped in today at the Optical Shop of Santa Fe.
I purchased some frames online that weren’t available at opticians near me. I like them but had begun to wonder if the fit was right. On a long-planned southwestern road-trip that included Santa Fe I figured I might find a shop that carried this brand. The Optical Shop was a block or two away and I stopped by to see if they had the frames. Within 90 seconds of walking in the door my frames were being adjusted—and expertly so.
