Dr. SAM'S is truly Great. I have been with La Familia for decades and My Long time Dr retired. La Familia has been a Great all around care facility. The Front end and the call center are Responsive when I leave messages. The portal is Nice. It has actually been A Good positive Change for Me. My New PCP Dr. Sam's is well spoken,Educated on OldSchool and New School Medicine. He listens, and He forms good comprehensive plans of care with me, he is understanding and he gets right to the point. I have a few Specialty Dr's and They are all on the same page. Dr Carmen Salazar is very easy to talk to and thorough, after 20 years of having an issue I thought was normal, she referred me to specialist. Surgery was a success, thankful she took time to really listen to me.
