Woke up to zero water pressure. Called them and within 45 minutes I had a service tech here. He did a full check of the well control system found the problem and fixed it. I live south of town and their bill also reflected travel time but for $207, I'm not complaining. The problem was a little tricky to identify but the repair was simple and parts were cheap. Total time from first call to fully repaired was about two hours. Based on what I saw first hand, i'll highly recommend KPS for pump or well service needs.

Wow. I could not asked for more.The service was great. The response time fast. Logan and Raymond were experts. I will recommend this company to anyone needing wells serviced. I am very pleased, thank you.

Theses guys were great. I got home and there was no cold water coming into the house from our well and no sounds from the pump. They found the problem in our control box and also the gauge was broken. Those bad mice! They replaced the control box and gauge, repressurized our tank and now everything is working again. The service was very friendly and prompt. Chester (who actually came out here) sure knows his stuff. I called them around 9AM, they had one more emergency call in front of us and here is is 1PM all fixed, and we live about 35 minutes out of Santa Fe. Great company as far as I can tell.
