I've been lucky enough to practice qi gong with Jaye over the last several years. She is such a talented and knowledgeable teacher. Her wisdom into chinese medicine and her ability to weave that into grounded physical form is a gift.

Learning qigong in community with Jaye has helped me become more embodied and present in my life and to the world around me. In my body, I feel present to my posture, gaze and repetitive movements in ways I wasn’t before. While energetically I am learning to interact with my qi, notice and hold my boundaries, as well as when and how to rest. Qigong as a practice has completely captured me. I feel the elements, stories of our ancestors and natural forces coursing through me as I move. So relieved to find Jaye’s work in the community! Have loved learning within the immersions and going to DOJO Mondays and Fridays. Cannot recommend enough as a fully mind, body, and Spirit practice.
