She walked me through the booking process directly with her. I reserved a one-hour full-service session with my payment sorted, and my private code received after confirmation. She took time to explain how everything worked. When I arrived at the spa, I quickly understood why the approval code is so important. Another customer without one was politely turned away at the front desk. He seemed disappointed, saying he didn’t realize appointments were required and had to head home to book one first. I felt for him, but it made me even more grateful for the smooth process.

I have had surgery on my hip and have seemingly inexplicable pain in my back and leg but would get some relief from her well placed hands and sometimes elbow into the right spot for a short time. I wish I was there now which is why I’m leaving this review.
