I hope my rugs were cleaned properly. The woman who handles the payment was incredibly rude. She would not allow the delivery driver to take my rug inside the house, but left it tied up on my porch not allowing me to have it opened. What terrible customer service. Of course these rugs are very large and heavy, and I would expect to have it replaced in the room. I would never use this company again as their customer service is the worst I've experienced since moving to Santa Fe.
These folks are outstanding to work with!! I recently purchased an old rug through the local creative reuse center, and it was *infested* with moth eggs. They told me how to protect my other items, and set an appointment for me to drop off the rug a couple of days later. I picked up my rug today and it's BEAUTIFUL! The colors are vibrant, the wool feels soft to the touch, and best of all...no more worrying about moths getting to any of my textiles. I couldn't be happier!In fact, I enjoyed working with them so much, I just dropped off a second rug with them last week, and it looks amazing too! I can't recommend them enough.
Heriz has cleaned my roomsized handmade rugs, silk and wool, including setting the dyes so they do not run. I have used them for two decades. The service is good and the cost with pick up snd delivery is fair.Service: Refurbishment
