Excellent in all areas. My cataract surgery was so easy and so professional and the results are life altering. I now have perfect vision. Dr. Levy is an excellent surgeon and I recommend him highly.
Dr. Coulter is a thorough, Knowledgeable, caring healthcare provider. However, Eye Associates is clearly a business that sees patients merely as sources of income. It is efficient to a fault, rushing us through one after another, and speaking to us tersely. Everything gets done but without any interpersonal connection. If not for Dr. Coulter, I would leave the practice.
The experience was ideal! I called early in the morning about getting an emergency appointment to remove something in my left eye that had been bothering me for three days. After my initial call, I received a callback in FIVE MINUTES to be at an appointment in one hour. I jumped in my car. Dr. Byrne removed a tiny speck of sand from my left eye lid in 15 seconds. I was the happiest man in Santa Fe! Thank you, thank you, Dr. Byrne and Eye Associates.
