Based on the reviews, Essential Habits is a clean, hip barber shop with excellent lighting and comfortable chairs. The environment is professional and respectful. The barbers all know what they are doing, with excellent attention to detail, delivering styles way beyond expectations. The staff provides great conversation with no time wasted. They are patient and fast, even with challenging clients. Every booth is always clean even during sessions. This is a go-to location to look fresh, and booking an appointment is strongly recommended.
Rolled in from out of state needing a beard shaping and haircut. Carlos and Adam were very cool. Carlos filled us in on travel tips for the local area while Adam went to work on my beard and hair. He’s professional, with excellent attention to detail and delivered a style way beyond my expectations. Wife says I looked 5 years younger. Essential Habits Barber Shop is clean, with comfortable chairs and has excellent lighting. Highly recommend.
In town to meet blind date on New Year’s Eve. Had arranged bread trim with Santa Fe Barber Company nearly 2 weeks ago, but person cancelled appointment 45 minutes before appointment. In desperation, I contacted Essential Habits and Carlos was able to get me in between clients. He did a fantastic job and charged me a fraction of what I was expecting… huge tip was in order. Carlos was personable and very friendly. Can’t thank him enough.
