Drain Surgeon is a highly recommended plumbing service for the Santa Fe area. Technicians like Jodie, Jose, and Joey arrived on time, explained their work, and completed jobs promptly. One call was for a backup caused by dental floss picks, makeup pads, and a bar of soap; the clog was gone and the bathroom left spotless in less than 10 minutes, with a 30-day warranty included. Another job involved roots in a toilet, which was quickly pulled off and cleared. A kitchen sink draining slowly was snaked and fixed. They are described as courteous, professional, competent, very friendly, and very reasonable. Customers would hire them directly next time and call them for all future plumbing projects.
Reached out on Thursday evening regarding a water heater replacement. I received 3 quotes from other “local” companies. Joey was able to beat all 3 quotes AND was able to show up early the next morning. Joey was prompt and on time, professional and efficient. From explaining the process, to draining / removing the old water heater, to installing / testing the new one. All went super smoothly and was completed before noon. The Drain Surgeon will have my business from here on out!
Wow! Jodie (Jody?) Arrived on time and PERFECTLY cleared the backup from out Grandon liberally pouring dental floss picks, (which create a perfect trap for TP (and you-know what) from flushing properly - along with makeup pads and a nice big solid bar of soap so everything would be nice and clean. Very thoughtful! The job was clearly explained and the clog gone and the bathroom was left spotless in less than 10 minutes And a 30 day warranty is included. Absolute highest recommendation for Drain Surgeons. Just wonderful in every respect. (Best $162.70 including tax - that I've ever spent!
These guys were subcontracted from another company. Jose arrived on time, explained his work, and completed the job promptly. He also cleaned up after himself. I would prefer to hire these guys directly next time to avoid the company that subcontracted them, as I was not satisfied with their service.
