“I just tried the $20 for 20 days of yoga, and I am so impressed by the studio & all the instructors. The place is clean, especially the bathroom; the instructors are kind & conscientious (instructors at some studios repeat the same routine every class); last but not least, they say hi to everyone & remembers everybody’s name. That personal touch is so important to a new comer like me. It is such a friendly & welcoming yoga studio.

“I love High Point Sports and Wellness! I have been working out here on and off for years. They have the best pool in the city and a lovely location. The only issue for me is that they don't have lifeguards anymore and it just makes the pool area a little less calming.”
