I reached out to RPM for a problem I had with my tankless hot water heater and they were able to come out the next day to fix the problem. This is something to be said because I live in Corona, NM which is over a 100 miles away from Roswell.Hannah and her husband Zack were both prompt, courteous and knowledgeable regarding the issue! My HVAC went out during the worst time possible time during the coldest time we have experienced this year. Called RPM and they came out right away. We had to end up replacing my entire system. RPM worked with me on all possible options to include financing. Everything was replaced within in a week and we now see how our old system did not work efficiently even before it went out. The replacement system is outstanding! I highly recommend RPM and wouldn't use any other company for my HVAC needs.
