This place is the real deal! I own a retail shop in Ruidoso, NM, and we recently had mini split systems installed. Communication was spot on from the beginning, and you can tell these guys are on a different level than the local HVAC companies. Shout out to the installation tech: Steven and Johnny. My heat went out on Saturday night of a holiday weekend, when the low temperature was anticipated to be 17°. I called the emergency number at Fulkerson and within 15 minutes I received a call back from the HVAC technician on duty. He was on a call right at that moment, and anticipated that he would be there for a while. He said he would let me know when he could come my way that night. True to his word, he called within about an hour, and arrived at my house around 8:30 PM. He repaired my heating system, by installing some parts that had worn out, and was completely courteous and professional. I can’t thank Russ enough for seeing through the replacement of my Uncle’s water heater. I live in Chattanooga and my Uncle in Roswell and will soon be 87. Fulkerson was so professional and it was such a pleasant experience. My Uncle couldn’t believe how smooth the installation went. Everything should be so easy! Thanks again Russ,
