“I've had Earl Freeman and his team come out twice to my house to get some work done and both times they have done an amazing job. The first time was to shore up some poor work done on the house before we bought it. The work was done for a good price and he and his team did a little extra work to shore up some of the small issues that would have become larger issues had we not had them come out and take care of this for us. The second time was to look at what could have been a very expensive drain issue had the worst turned out. Thought it was a collapsed line but Earl diagnosed that it more than likely was not a collapsed line. They came out and were able to fix it by pulling out a piece of small pipe that would block and unblock the line that must have been accidently dropped in main line when the bathroom was last replumbed. As long as Earl is working I know who I am going to have do all my general contracting needs.“

“Update to original review - Leaving the neighborhood the same evening, I stopped when I saw one of their trucks in the neighborhood at a house under construction. Talked with the gentleman, and he offered to swing by on his way out that evening, and showed up about 15 minutes later. Diagnosed the issue as a blown fuse, and had me up and running in about 15 minutes! Can't thank him enough!Original review - They don't answer their phone, and you can't leave a message either. I've got a new construction home, and I came home today after 6 days on the road, and when I tried to flip the AC system on, nothing happened. Not a good feeling. I will be happy to update the review once I get in touch with them, but for now, one star since they're unreachable.“

“I have only good things to say about Duke City HVAC, which installed a heat pump water heater in my garage. The owner, Mike Franco, offered many helpful suggestions that resulted in a better placement of the heater. He answered all my questions as well as some I hadn't thought to ask. The crew arrived on time, was efficient and polite, and left a clean workspace. The office staff has also been responsive to my needs. Considering all the electrical and plumbing work that had to be done, plus the preparation of the garage space, the price was reasonable. I'm very pleased with the heater and so grateful for the work done by Duke City HVAC. I'd hire them again, and I recommend them highly.“

“TTS just earned a customer for life, my water heater decided to check out and I called top tier. Robert came out the next day and was honest and didn’t try to give me the run around. Gave me a fair price and and marked me down for the coming Friday. Day before he was supposed to come out, his wife called me and informed me they were ahead of schedule and would be at my house in 45 minutes. Robert and Anthony showed up, didn’t play around and got right to work. Fast, friendly, and professional, cannot thank you enough. Wish I could give you more stars.“
