I have been a customer of America's Best in 3 states. In New Orleans the doctor mapped a retinal tear and very strongly pushed me to go to the hospital. In Tacoma Washington, I wasn't sure why my eye hurt until I pulled a contact out of my eye, leaving 20% of it behind. Got myself to America's Best and the doctor dyed my eye and removed the small piece. Here in El Paso, my needs were more mundane. My first exam in quite awhile. The staff is efficient and good at what they are doing, and that's fine. What was unexpected was the compassion and extra care I received. 3 separate staff members made the visit easy for me. Wonderful experience. The receptionists, the nurses, the doctor, and the eyeglass technicians were all incredibly kind and welcoming. Prices with insurance were reasonable. Very wheelchair accessible facilities!

I had a really great experience here! My family and I went to get new glasses and Alejandra was exceptionally helpful! She answered all of our questions and left us with no doubts when we left.
When we went to go pick up the glasses, Brianna was very helpful with adjustments and proper care of the new glasses.
Overall great experience!
