Completely ignored my requests, she asked if I had cash and I told her I was paying with card. She didn’t want to give me a total, until I saw my receipt. She added a tip on for herself without even asking me! The whole process was rushed and she didn’t care that I had problems with my nail. Came out nothing like what I wanted. I told her I didn’t want pink powder but she kept telling me it would look better, didn’t care what I had to say. Neither of my ring nails match like they’re suppose to or even close to it. Messy work, she kept getting on her phone to call. Never again will I go there! It was empty for a reason!

We came in from out of town I just wanted a polish change and eyebrows done . They really pressure you to up sale what you want to get. To the point they are pushy . So the ladies started arguing with each other and it just what you want while your getting services . They seemed to get angry if I told them no for getting a full pedicure. I asked for my eyebrows and she insisted on doing my lip I was like sure . So she proceeded to wax my whole face ? then after she waxed it she pulled out a razor ? so then she razors my face after her fight with other ladies and she cuts my face ? bad . Worst mail place ever. They left my nails in acetone for an hour and proceeded to do everyone else that came after me. I kept think she would comeback to file and clean it up but when I realized she wasn’t and hour later I decided to leave. She still charged me $15 for these.Service: Synthetic nail removal
