It's unfortunate that I have to leave this review, but I feel obligated to inform others of this business before they go for themselves. Yesterday Monday July 2nd 2021 I dropped my wife off at the mall to get her nails done at "Hollywood Nails & Spa". Everything was fine, she walked in and got helped promptly. Everything after this was an absolute trainwreck, the woman doing her nails was beginning to file her nails down very aggressively and began to cut her fingers themselves. My wife mentioned to the woman that she was hurting her, the woman then continued to aggressively file her nails down while simultaneously gossiping about my wife in front of her face. Recently visited to get a nail set and pedi. The nails came out so-so, but my review is the about the pedi. The kid who did my nails also did my pedi, when he went to put lotion or whatever fluid they use on the sponges there was nothing in the bottle and he still went on pretending like he didnt just fake that. Like we pay $40 for that nonsense. Never going back for this one reason and you should start paying attention when you get your services done here.Services: Acrylic nails

I like the way my nails came out. I wish they were a-little more sharp square than round, but I probably should have said something before hand, that’s on me. However the costumer service was good and everyone was super sweet!Services: Nail art
