The most amazing doctor’s office I’ve ever been to!! Dr Sumulong is always very thorough, knowledgeable and just super friendly and understanding!! That, along with the amazing staff, including Marisol in the front office, that always greets you with a smile and answers any questions you might have, and the nursing staff that are always very professional and friendly, really make this a very welcoming experience for your health needs!

She actually listens, she has follow up questions this way she is understanding what you are going through, so many Physicians forget the pain and worry we have going into see them, Dr. Samuel actually listens

This is absurd! If it is not lack of good medical care it is lack of simple customer service!
This needs to be investigated as my experiences with mountain view healthcare has been unexceptable not only from the a professional standpoint but down to their answering service agents.
If calls are recorded, they need to be investigated based on the severe level of complete incompetency and harassment to patients calling in with appts or a simple question.

Absolutely unexceptable experience!!!
