The staff was rude. I was having a conversation with my mother as she was leaving, and a staff member rudely told us to be quiet, even though other people in the office were also having conversations. It felt unfair and unprofessional. (Jesus)
On top of that, my appointment was scheduled for 8:00 a.m., but I wasn’t taken back until 8:30. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to both the staff’s attitude and the long wait time.
Rude beyond all belief and had no clue what he was doing. He'd ask a question and when I answered he either cut me off and called me a liar or had no clue what the medical terms for stuff that my other gastrointestinal doctor had diagnosed me with before he retired. He told me I had something that my previous doctor had already tested me for and found I don't. He said all of previous diagnoses were lies. I will not be going back there ever. I had to travel nearly 6 hours to get to this office to be basically shoved out the door within 10 minutes. They bulk set appointments so be prepared to wait hours once you're scheduled. A 3:15 appointment and not into see doctor until after 4:45... Not acceptable. Very rude to treat your customers this way. And that's what we are. Don't get it twisted Doctors there are other places and we'll be seeking there treatments after this experience.
