Despite some doctor changes, the front desk team and nurses have been consistently sweet and helpful, providing a great experience for children. Dr. Adriana Rigales and Dr. Saber Jan are praised for their kindness, attentiveness, and exceptional bedside manner. The center also has other amazing doctors, such as Dr. Gretchen Struemph, who have gone above and beyond to ensure children receive the best possible care.
Dr. Indacochea, Dr. Struemph, and Dr. Jan are the best. My children have been under their care for many years. All questions and concerns are always answered. The front staff and Medical Assistants are kind and respectful. I have nothing but Great experiences.
Despite the changes from some Doctors leaving, I’ve always had a great experience with the front desk team and all the nurses there! They’ve been so sweet to my daughter on days she needs shots or even just going in to weigh her. The Dr my daughter has been seeing is Adriana Rigales, she’s been seeing my daughter since I moved back to NM 2022 and she’s so informative, reassuring and is happy to answer and and all questions/ needs for my child! She has gone above and beyond with her work. I also have gone to another Dr here for a last minute appointment and he was just as exceptional as Rigales! Dr Saber Jan is a very good pediatrician. He is kind and listens. He really put us on a solid path, after years of being dismissed and otherwise ignored. Dr Jan is newish to Las Cruces, and is a much needed presence here. If you are looking for a DOCTOR, not a nurse practitioner, Dr. Jan is highly recommended
