Moved away for a while and moved back. Observed the Bug Guy truck in the neighborhood, and the technician made a point to say hello, which reminded me of the professional service we received from them in the past. A small gesture makes a big difference! The tech Brian came and serviced the property and he explained what to expect and not to hesitate to call if there were any issues. The customer service I received was outstanding, and it was a smooth process in getting services started again. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a good exterminator to protect their property from pest.
