They were great! Called me back the same day - made an appointment for a couple of days later. They came at the time scheduled, sprayed in and outside throughly and answered my questions, like about how long would I be seeing dead bugs. Handed my a invoice, I paid and they left. I was very happy of their work and wouldn't hesitate to refer them!
