“I just want to sincerely thank Bryan McDonald of Universal Air in Gallup for outstanding over the phone trouble shooting service. I was installing a modern wall mounted thermostat. Pretty straight forward process until the new (as well as the old unit) stopped working when I tried to switch them back.
I have many pets, a family, and I'm home most of the day, neither my nor their health could handle excessive heat for long.
I contacted 2 other places in town that wouldn’t be able to see me for 2-5 days a piece. Bryan personally walked me through each system over the phone and diagnosed a hidden breaker that had tripped within the thermostat tied to a circuit board.
Not only did he save me considerable money (hint, he wouldn’t even accept a donation- that’s a stand up individual), he helped me protect my pets and my family quickly and easily. This man knows what he is doing.
It would have been worth any amount of money. 10/10 will call again.”

“Horizon was great. I had a major sewer issue and it was taken care of in a very timely and efficient manner. The crews came out and did the initial evaluation on Friday morning. Then the owner came out an went over with me exactly needed to happen. The major repair work started on Monday and was all completed by Tuesday. During the work the crews were kind and courteous. They answered any questions that I had. When the work was done they returned my yard back to the condition that it was in when they started. I would not hesitate to call these guys again although I am hoping I don't need to. Thank you Horizon Plumbing!”
