Horizon was great. I had a major sewer issue and it was taken care of in a very timely and efficient manner. The crews came out and did the initial evaluation on Friday morning. Then the owner came out an went over with me exactly needed to happen. The major repair work started on Monday and was all completed by Tuesday. During the work the crews were kind and courteous. They answered any questions that I had. When the work was done they returned my yard back to the condition that it was in when they started. I would not hesitate to call these guys again although I am hoping I don't need to. Thank you Horizon Plumbing!
Horizon was very professional and showed up on time, diagnosed the issue, and resolved my slow-clearing drain efficiently. The technicians were helpful in also explaining what they were seeing. Great service all around!
I called in the morning , had a clogged kitchen sink. and they were able to send someone by in the afternoon. I don't recall his name, he was very professional and located the problem with ease. Within no time, water was flowing down the drain, and he cleaned up after himself.. Thrilled with the service. Thank you.
