I am writing this review still with tears in my eyes. Tonight we made a difficult decision to have to put our Lola girl to sleep after a few days in critical care.I am not going to go into details but I will say that we are very thankful and grateful for Dr. Lane Dixon for all the care he has provided to our girl since day one.I know for a fact Dr. Dixon did everything in his power to help our Lola girl through her emergency stay.I can feel how much he cares and his compassion for what he does just with having a few words with him.Christina the tech tonight was so very sweet and compassionate, that is very important and heart warming to us. Words cannot express my appreciation for this team. They took such good care of my Baxter, from the first shot years ago to his final breath. The compassion and understanding of all the techs and Dr. Dixon made everything my dog went through so much easier. You can tell they truly care about you and your animals. Thank you for everything. When I’m ready to adopt a new buddy, you can bet East Mountain will be his primary vet.

I took my Chihuahua mix for teeth extractions and was pleased to see how staff was so professional and devoted to animals. I appreciated how they are upfront about costs/treatments and sit down with you to explain options. The surgery went well and my pup is happy to be back home and doing well so far :-) I highly recommend this clinic. Thank you!
