Too unreliable. People count on the health professionals to make it thru. Epic fail because she didn't apologize or empathize. I was visiting Corrales from out of state and Twyla kindly worked me in. This was the best massage of my life! The neck issue that had been bothering me for a couple of months feels SO much better. Back, shoulders, and neck all feel looser and better than they have in a very long time. Twyla knows what she is doing, and she focuses on the problem areas with so much skill and care.
