Update on 4/20: manager reached out and was very kind and did everything she could to make the situation better. Everyone has off days and I appreciate the effort put in to right a frustrating situation.

I’m not usually one to complain but I’m so frustrated that I just spent $145 (that’s with tip) on a gel mani and classic pedi that’s already messed up. It’s not much but there is a chip in my nail less than 3 days after getting them done (I’ve never had that happen so soon with gel). I am so impressed with the great pedicure I received here. My feet and toes have never looked this good. There is a great selection of nail polishes. I made an appointment and we were seated right away. Thank you for such a great pedicure!

The lovely nail techs are so kind and friendly. They seem like they actually enjoy having conversations, and are talented as well. There are tons of colors to choose from and everything is natural, so it smells good, and not like overly synthetic chemicals (i am aware that everything is made of chemicals, the smell of the salon is better than other salons). They made it easy to get my gel removed too once it had grown out. The atmosphere is welcoming and calming.
