Wow, these guys are fantastic. Just got my windows installed by John and Ivan. They got all six windows in under 5 hours. Very professional and courteous. I need to buy more windows, just to get those two guys again.
This is our experience with WW of Abq. The salesman Jason was very pleasant knowledgeable and helpful.The installation team went pretty well but room for improvement on details.The best team was Lonnie service manager and the service guys Edger & Alex on the clean up with the drywall repairs around the windows and patio door install.Great workmanship thanks guys! We just had our windows installed on June 6, 2025. Ivan and John were the installers and did such a phenomenal job. From the time we ordered windows we were kept in the loop regularly and the windows arrived earlier than expected. The installers were down in a day, and paid incredible attention to detail, even when cleaning up and walking me through the details. They just made a potentially difficult job on my end with managing dogs, a cat, open window frames all so effortless. Thank you window world for being a company that truly does what they say, and makes it easy on the customer from the first interaction through the install!
