I brought in a Pella window panel (double glazed panel or DGP) with cracked glass still in the frame, the kind you remove to access between-the-glass blinds. This was my last resort as others had told me they couldn't fix it and Pella said they do not replace parts on windows this old (windows are from the '80s). I was seriously considering just replacing the whole window, but then Discount Glass said they could replace the glass in the frame for just $100! It was ready in a couple days and looks great. The only problem was that it was put in backwards (knob was in the wrong location and rough side of the obscurant glass faced the wrong way). I brought the panel back...read full review
They were more expensive then their competition. And it seemed like a lot of nickel and diming on the estimate. Like they saw me coming. Kinda felt like a mechanic with the estimate. So I went with a different company. Which was over 600 less for the same work
Went in with templates for glass for couple of tables. They were very careful to get the measurements just right. Called in two days that my order was ready. Nice heavy glass that fits into the recesses or the table exactly.
