i recommended Truman services, especially here in Roswell. they take so much care and sensitivity and are pretty quick about care compared to other facilities. they have a prior authorization team that helped my partner get her hrt when insurance was being weird.
I will say they need a better phone situation but constructive criticism

This is my third year with UNM Truman Health Services after being treated for HIV/AIDS for over Forty Years, beginning in 1984.
Previously I was with Southwest CARE Center.
I have found Truman Clinic to be very well managed and their level of care to be exceptional.
Dr. Iandiorio and her staff have welcomed me and given me excellent, compassionate care.
Their services are state-of-the-arts and I receive my care in a professional manner, with easy access to providers for all my health needs including, but not limited to mental health/counseling, physical exams, blood monitoring, social services... read full review

My experience with Truman Health in its various incarnations has been a 90% positive . And any of the negative I share a decent part in. Medical staff from Dr. Snyder (my Dr.) to the nurses,and med techs all seem well prepared, well trained, and friendly as well. Appointments are always kept and there is generally little waiting Highly recommend this clinic for those whose conditions are appropriate.
