    I have tried eating heathy on my own, I’ve gone to doctors for ailments they can’t help me with, and all it took was meeting Korbie & eating the way he told me to. I’ve worked with Korbie for less than a month, but my excess swelling/water weight is gone, my inflammation is gone (and all the pain that came with it), I’ve lost 5% of my body weight so far, I’m feeling better, sleeping better, and I can’t thank Korbie & Training Innovations enough.     Training Innovations is the real deal

    In just two months working with Korbie and Jordan, I’ve lost nearly 20 lbs., dropped my body fat from 26% to around 19%, and gained 4–5 lbs. of muscle. At 65 years of age, I wanted to get back in shape, learn to use traditional gym equipment and machines confidently, and improve my nutrition—and they delivered.
