Based on the reviews, The Cleanery is a nice, clean, friendly business that provides personal service and excellent customer service. They greet customers with a smile and take interest in how your day is going. The clothes are cleaned in a reasonable timeframe, and items are often ready earlier than expected. The online customer interface is pretty awesome, and they clean items with attention to detail. Customers have brought in a dusty wall hanging with water marks and a leather handbag/backpack, and The Cleanery made them look like new. They also found a pin on a suit jacket and returned it. The care and professionalism is impressive, making it the perfect place for dry cleaning.

I brought in a wall hanging that I found in my Dad's house. Who knows how many years it had been hanging on his wall in the basement. It was dusty and had water marks and somehow The Cleanery made it look like new.
I took 2 suit jackets to be dry cleaned and the customer service was excellent. I was told the jackets would be ready on Thursday and was pleasantly surprised when I received a message they were ready on Tuesday. The jackets looked amazing. During the cleaning they found a pin that they returned to me. I was so impressed with the care and professionalism of The Cleanery! I have found the perfect place to take my dry cleaning.
