Juan and his team installed two Bosch AC units for us in two days and they were efficient, considerate, and explained everything to us thoroughly. Excellent ongoing customer service and we highly recommend them!
Our air conditioner was struggling to cool our house early this summer, and I had called multiple HVAC companies to diagnose the issue. One said it was the furnace board, another said they would use stop leak on the condenser and another said they would need to remove all the refrigerant and do a leak test to find the issue.
Luckily, before I pulled the trigger for any of the other companies, Juan at Tech Air called me back. After explaining the issue, he quickly diagnosed the problem over the phone and came out the next day with his team to confirm the problem. Tech Air installed our unit a couple years ago and we haven't had any problems with it until this morning. We woke up to the air not turning on. I was envisionning days if not weeks of possibly being without air but that was not the case. My husband called the company at 8:43am and by 10:34am Juan had been out diagnosed problem, installed a new motor, and we were enjoying a cool house again. We paid a small fee for the diagnosis but the brand new motor was under warranty. We couldn't have asked for better customer service or a quicker response. We're so happy with Tech Air and Juan. We couldn't recommend them more.
