I highly recommend superior homes to anyone needing an inspection. Fred was extremely friendly and very thorough. He was also very flexible on scheduling getting me in last minute. He has great pricing, I highly recommend!

Fred saved my day. He is so knowledgeable and thorough with inspecting the house. I was very nervous about the house I'm buying because i dont know if theres any issues or going to be issues in the future. But after reading his well-written, thorough reports, I was able to make informed decisions. He is the best home inspector i have ever worked with. I have been with some that are rushing thru, and the report is not like Fred's written report. He really takes his time. He even take pictures of everything n explain it in detail. Fred did an awesome job with our home inspection! He was able to schedule quickly, was super responsive, and he is very knowledgeable about home systems.

My family and I are moving from out of state, so it was very helpful to have Fred be so thorough, as well as accept payment by mail through our realtor.
