Frankie was very, very thorough and was able to help us get a lower price on our new home. The roof was being replaced on his inspection day, and he could have easily said no to coming back and doing it, but Frankie was committed to helping us. He came back the very next business day to inspect the roof at no extra cost! I found these guys on google, and boy am I glad I gave them a shot.
