The studio is known for its clean and spacious facility, friendly staff, and welcoming atmosphere, contributing to a unique and enjoyable experience. Members can conveniently drop in on classes at other SPENGA locations, which is ideal for traveling professionals. As a modern take on overall fitness, SPENGA incorporates 20 minutes of cycling, 20 minutes of floor exercises using free weights, kettlebells, TRX, and BOSU, and 20 minutes of yoga. Participants can burn between 700-900 calories per class, benefiting from the yoga and enjoying great music. The instructors are polished, personable, and supportive, helping individuals feel confident in their movements.
