Absolutely love this place! The slim capsule was such a unique and relaxing experience, and the hydration station left me feeling refreshed and energized. The hot yoga classes are amazing and the red light therapy is now one of my favorite parts of my wellness routine. Everything is always clean, welcoming, and professional. Highly recommend for anyone looking to feel better, recharge, and take care of themselves!

Really great experience! The elite standing tanning booth works amazing and gives an even tan. Everything was clean, professional, and easy to use. The staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Definitely recommend!

This was my first time here and I received a great welcome! I Immediately noticed how clean and organized everything was. I tried the red light therapy and was very pleased with the experience. Overall, It was a great first visit and I'll definitely be back!
