The doctor is always nice and helpful, the woman that takes you back to do your exams is always super nice as well. However the front desk girls act like you’re such an inconvenience to them and that they hate being there. Every time I’ve waited for my appointment they’ve talked bad about other patients. I don’t know that I’ll come back.
Both of my children had an eye exam, and the process was very quick. I do agree with some of the comments about how fast the exam felt, but overall the doctor was friendly and kind. The front desk staff were also very nice and welcoming. I would return and recommend.
I’ve never been to the eye doctor until this year when I noticed my vision wasn’t the same as it used to be, I was nervous for my appointment but the ladies in the front were very welcoming and helpful. They answered all my questions and the doctor was very knowledgeable and explained everything well to someone who’s never had an eye exam. I definitely will be back and I recommend this location to all my family and friends.
