Turned on well last night to water. Nothing. Unknown age of well and info on it when I moved here in 1995. We're in a drought! I called this morning and SW Drilling's Lance was here in 4 hours! Diagnosed the problem was likely in the control box, but to get into it, he had to chisel around the house stucco to be able to open the box to confirm the diagnosis. It was like watching a skilled surgeon at work--very careful and exacting. Very little mess, no cracking. BINGO. His diagnosis was right and he had the correct replacement on the truck!! Installed it and out the door in less than an hour and at a very fair price. Whew. PS: I hope my well continues to work for years despite its age, but there is no way I will call any other company if it stops working.
Southwest Drilling was fantastic… They did inspection on an old well and went above and beyond to get it up and running so that we could test the equipment. Thank you SWD!!

Robin was amazingly helpful, even though he didnt have the part we needed in stock, he took the time to explain what to look out for and shared his knowledge- we will definitely be making this our go-to AND recommended pump place!
