Turned on well last night to water. Nothing. Unknown age of well and info on it when I moved here in 1995. We're in a drought! I called this morning and SW Drilling's Lance was here in 4 hours! Diagnosed the problem was likely in the control box, but to get into it, he had to chisel around the house stucco to be able to open the box to confirm the diagnosis. It was like watching a skilled surgeon at work--very careful and exacting. Very little mess, no cracking. BINGO. His diagnosis was right and he had the correct replacement on the truck!! Installed it and out the door in less than an hour and at a very fair price. Whew.
PS: I hope my well continues to work for years despite its age, but there is no way I will call any other company if it stops working.

From beginning to end my business with Southwest Drilling was excellent, starting with Isaac giving helpful information to Lance and Caleb who came out and changed our water pump, piping and explained everything along the way which was great so I didn't feel lost and truly made me feel comfortable I would recommend Southwest Drilling it's so stressful looking for honest people and this company is it. Thanks again Lance,Caleb you guys are awesome 😎
We highly recommend Southwest Drilling Company! We called after hours with an issue involving our water pump, and the gentleman who answered the phone was extremely helpful and patient. He took the time to walk us through the process and helped us identify and correct a wiring mistake we had made while replacing our water pump.
He could have easily told us to call back during business hours, but instead, he took the time to help us over the phone and get our water working again. We truly appreciate his knowledge, kindness, and outstanding customer service. It’s refreshing to find a company that genuinely cares about helping people. We will definitely use Southwest Drilling… read full review
