My daddy is stubborn as a mule and hated the idea of a stranger in his house. We tried another place before and he basically refused to open the door. But the coordinator at Silver Lining actually listened to what he was like and sent a lady with a real calm vibe. She somehow won him over. She helps him with showerin which used to be a huge fight, and cooks meals he actually likes. Its amazin to see the difference, he actually smiles when she pulls up in the driveway now

If you have Presbyterian health plan, definitely give these guys a call. I was so worried we’d have some massive copay for home care, but they explained the benefits clearly and it was fully covered. The lady who helps my grandpa is always on time and really sweet. She even remembers how he likes his coffee, which sounds small but means the world to him. The office is easy to reach too—a real person actually answers the phone when you call, which honestly never happens.
