Always have a great massage! It is important to get the private room with walls & ceiling to reduce noise from other rooms! Therapists always ask if the oressure is right and work your body into a relaxing state!
I am visiting my friend here in Albuquerque. We took a 3 hour hike this morning followed by my weight training & ab work back at the house. My friend and I were able to book an appointment this afternoon. I had a one hour massage with Lola! It was fantastic and exactly what I needed. I feel so good & rejuvenated that I know I will be ready to hike again tomorrow morning! Highly recommended!
If you have a knot and need some deep tissue work, this is the place. Hard hands! So much so that sometimes I get to a point that I have to ask for less pressure but holy cow can they get deep.
