Skip installed a propane heater for me in my AirBnB under a very strict timeline. I was hosting guests during the Balloon Fiesta and had only a couple of days to get the work completed . Skip was quick to order, deliver and install a major heater that was quite complex in a short amount of time. I appreciated his professionalism, his knowledge on how to tackle difficult problems and his great attitude. There was a problem with the digital thermostat he had installed, and when I called at 5:30 in the morning, he not only answered my early morning call, but came over and solved the issue within the next couple of hours. Replaced ac switch feed and ground from switch to ac unit. Patch and paint drywall where access to wire was nessary to run new wire. No problems have come up since the job was completed. I have two ac units on this house and because of a bad feed wire ,cause the ac units to burnout motors and water pumps atleast 2 per year and at time of repair, the original wire had almost caught fire it melted the wire nut completely away leaving only the metal insert of the wire nut and exposed hot and ground without any insulation and had this happened any where else along this wire my house would have burned down .
