From start to finish my visit today was perfect. Starting with the immaculate waiting area, friendly greeting and prompt service. Shadi Hayati introduced herself and explained everything clearly. Felt comfortable and cared for from beginning to end.
My appointment was with Shadi for thread consultation. First time walking in, I was greeted by very friendly staff. Shadi was awesome to say the least! She is very knowledgeable and professional and listened carefully to my needs and goals. I am really looking forward to going back and getting the threads as well as future treatments!
Update: I did get the threads and wow! A week and a half later, my face looks amazing. I had a great experience and will be back for more services. So grateful to have found such a lovely place!
I had a great experience. Great customer service and they made sure all information is given before everything is done, and you are comfortable with pricing. Environment is awesome.
