My parents water heater let loose and our ins. co. recommended Rockefeller's Restoration. Sometimes the restoration process is difficult and there's always bumps in the road. In the end, Rockefeller's did a great job and we're pleased with their work.

We used both the restoration and construction side of Rockefellers when our tenant flooded the house with a clogged toilet. Their teams have been nothing but professional, kind, and efficient. Sarvar was our construction manager and he handled everything with ease and great attention to detail! They worked diligently to get our house back to normal! It doesn’t even look like anything happened! Thank you!!

I hired them for a deep cleaning prior to listing my deceased mother’s home for sale. This is what I found when they were finished: Window screens were not clipped back into place and in some instances forced with minor damage to the clipping mechanisms, windows were left unlocked, two fixtures were broken, coffee ring was left on a window sill, a couple of windows were left with streaks, toilet paper holder was missing, shower still had soap scum and hard water stains, unfinished wood in the home was improperly “cleaned” resulting in damage (this was not itemized in the estimate so I didn’t know I should discuss what not to do with these areas), built-in desk drawer was broken, and newly refinished front door was “cleaned” dulling the brand new finish. There were other more minor issues that I cannot be sure how much the cleaning crew contributed to them as I have had other groups in the home. For what they charge, they are NOT worth it. I expected them to be professional since they were recommended by my realtor.
They returned and cleaned the shower, but now the glass is broken. Overall would not choose this company for the price and will never let them into the home again as they seem incapable of not doing damage. Avoid this company.

We had a flood in our kitchen due to a frozen pipe. Antonio arrived quickly after we contacted our insurance company. Antonio and his team were very quick and efficient with the water mitigation and mold removal. Antonio was also great at communications. We appreciated how well they coordinated with our plumber. After everything was dry Sarvar came out to survey the damage. He and his team did a wonderful job of restoring our kitchen and dining room back to normal. Sarvar was very quick to respond to phone calls and texts. His follow up each step along the way was spot on. If we ever need any remodeling done we would happily work with Sarvar and Roosevelt again.

I am very happy with the work That Rockefeller's did for us. We had a leak on the second floor that damaged the ceiling in the dining room. They were professional, prompt and thorough. My dining room looks like nothing happened.
I also want to say that their project manager, Sarvar, was great. He was very helpful, and kept us up to date on everything. He was a pleasure to work with.
