A couple weeks ago I called hoping to find some help for an issue in my mother's house. Terrence happened to answer and I ended up told off by him and he eventually I hung up on me. I tried asking him to transfer me to someone else but it was more of a control issues to him. I called back to speak to the owner and while trying to explain the situation to the girl who answered the phone Terrence grabbed the phone and told me of again and said if I called back he was going to call the police which he did without me calling back. I never got a call back from the owner but I hope he heard the calls (only 2calls) l being that there's a recording saying all calls are recorded. Personal issue shouldn't be taken care of in the workplace even if the person is" vice president"of the company. Narcissist Terrence made it seem as if I was stalking him. But no thank you...I am happily married. Just goes to show what kind of business is run there. I have filed a report on the company with the better business bureau and the attorney general so let's see if the " professional " behavior in that company is turned up a bit.

This company scheduled me the first time, told me it was one day and it was actually another. I had to wait a week for that, it was too late for them to fix it so I had to wait another week. That next week they dropped me from their schedule without calling me to inform me. When I called to check on the arrival of the plumber they said that they dropped the appointment bc they are not doing water tests due to Covid.. I didn't even have a water test scheduled! Then when they got me on the next week (3 weeks later). The woman working the phones said she would call me everyday to get me in as soon as they could since they dropped my appointment by mistake. She never called. I tried to check in today and the representative on the phone was dismissive and too busy to help me. He told me that we should just part ways and cancelled completely. I don't recommend working with this company.
