If you want to have closer and peace in a time where you believe it’s impossible I couldn’t recommend anyone other than Reflections. The Salazars a blessing sent from God. Not only are they a great team but they did what I believed to be impossible at the time. They brought closer and took my anxiety away. I was not the easiest person to interact with to say the least. My Poppy (dad) was murdered. So I was struggling pretty bad with the whole situation. He was cut pretty badly, so I dragged my heels every step of the way. For one I didn’t want to say bye to my Poppy and for two I was so scared she actually see him because I read the autopsy. I know the injuries that he endured and I did not want to remember my Poppy that way. I’ve been to countless funerals in the past an it always hurt my tummy, because they never looked like themselves. They always looked a little off or way off in some cases, and even if my Poppy died of natural causes, I would not want to see him like that. On the day of the funeral, they insured that I felt safe and comfortable every single step of the way. My Poppys funeral is beautiful. It couldn’t of been better in my opinion. At the time I still refused to see my puppy, so it was a closed casket funeral with a viewing beforehand so other people could say goodbye as well when the service was over, the Salazar’s put in some work convincing me that I needed to see my Poppy in order to get closure. My buddy Jason and the Salazar’s guided me to my poppies casket, and then opened it. Of course it was difficult, but once the seltzers brought Meeeee chair so I could stand on it. I did not hesitate to hug him. That was MY Poppy, and boy did he look handsome. He actually looked like my poppy! I couldn’t believe that someone could have done such amazing job. I wasn’t able to see any of his injuries, and he looked at peace, he even had a slight smile as if he was telling me that it’s going to be all right. I had the opportunity to talk to my Poppy one last time to tell him I love him. i’m glad that I had that opportunity that they didn’t just listen to me like I wanted them to at the time. The Salazar’s put love into their work and it definitely shows. I’ve seen it firsthand. I know it’s hard, but trust them because they wouldn’t guide you in the wrong direction. They have your best interest at heart.
